Cheryl Elaine is a British Author of Psychological thrillers, Horror, Crime, and YA Fantasy. She is an award winning script writer, and has featured on local radio stations in regards to talking books, and has spoken at events and with children in schools on the importance of basic skills in reading and writing for future development.
Cheryl was born of military parents, and has lived in several places, including Germany and Northern Ireland, but now resides in Yorkshire with her husband, three daughters, and an ever growing menagerie of pets.
Her books are dark, dangerous and deadly, readers have said Pitch Black. With a particular love of all things horror, Cheryl is not afraid to hold back on gruesome detail as she strives to grab the reader from the very first line until the very end.
When Cheryl is not writing, she spends most of her time with family, reading, dog walking, socialising and travelling.
